Invite a new member

1. Access the company portal
2. Click on “Invite a member”
3. Enter the email address and select the role
4. Send the invitation (secured link using a 32-byte token)

Anti-abuse limits: 5 invitations per user per 15 min, 20 per company per day.

Subscription acceptance and transition

• The member clicks on the link in the email to accept.
• If a personal subscription exists, it is automatically canceled (prorated refund).
• The member inherits the company plan.
• In case of withdrawal from the company, a 14-day trial is automatically created.
