AI Writing Style
ŒnoT can learn your writing style to generate reports that suit you. This feature uses your existing documents as a reference.
How to configure your style
- Access your Profile in the mobile application or web interface
- Click on "Writing style"
- Upload one or more documents representative of your style (previous reports, minutes, etc.)
- AI automatically analyzes your documents and extracts your writing style
- Preview the result and validate

Style extraction
- AI analyzes the vocabulary, structure and tone of your documents
- A textual guide and a JSON profile are generated
- Only relevant documents are retained (relevance score)
Application to reports
- Every report generated uses your style profile
- Tone, vocabulary and structure adapt to your preferences
- You can update your style anytime
Tip For best results, upload at least 2-3 documents representative of your usual style. Field visit reports and tasting reports are the most suitable.
Hybrid report validation
In addition to the writing style, ŒnoT uses hybrid validation (deterministic + AI) to guarantee the quality of the reports:
- Deterministic verification: Control of factual data (dates, plots, measurements)
- AI verification: Control of tone, consistency and absence of unsolicited recommendations
- Result: More factual reports, faithful to your observations, without unwanted additions
