Seat Management

Enterprise billing works on a capacity model ("buy first, invite later"):

• Buy seats: From the portal, click on “Buy seats”. A preview of the proration is displayed before confirmation.
• Invite members: Invitations consume pre-purchased seats.
• Free seats: The reduction of seats takes effect at the next renewal (not immediately).
• Progress bar: An X/Y seats used indicator is permanently displayed.

Billing:

• The following invoice is updated in real time after each change.
• Red banner if the payment is late, yellow if the subscription is inactive.
