Team Collaboration

ŒnoT allows multi-user collaboration by domain. Invite members to your domain to combine your voice observations as a team. List of shared domains Actions: Members, Invite, Delete

Invite members

  1. Access the “My Domains” tab
  2. Select a domain you own
  3. Swipe the domain map to the left to reveal actions
  4. Tap “Invite” (person icon with +)
  5. Enter the email of the person to invite
  6. Tap “Send Invitation”

New user? If the person does not yet have an ŒnoT account, they will receive an email with instructions to download the application and create an account. Once registered, it will automatically join your domain.

Roles and permissions

  • Owner: Full access, can edit domain, add/remove members, transfer ownership
  • Member: Can create and view observations, modify their own observations, but cannot modify the domain

Member management

To see the list of members of a domain:

  1. Swipe a domain to the left
  2. Tap “Members”
  3. You will see the name, email, role and activity of each member

Available actions:

  • Remove a member: The member loses access but his observations remain in the domain
  • Transfer ownership: Transfer domain ownership to another member (irreversible action)

Pending Invitations

In the "My Domains" tab, you will see a "Pending Invitations" section if you have received invitations. You can accept or decline each invitation.

Shared observations

All observations created in a domain are automatically visible to all members. Each observation displays the name of its author.

Collaborative reports

When generating a report, enable the "Include shared observations" option to include all observations from all domain members, along with the author name for each observation.

Sharing free dictations

Free dictations (voice recordings not linked to an observation) can be shared with co-members in your domain:

  • Global sharing: In Profile > "Share my dictations by default with my domain"
  • One-off sharing: Toggle when recording a dictation
  • Shared dictations appear read-only with a “Received from [Name]” badge
  • Available for insertion into reports via the web editor

Security: Only dictations associated with a domain can be shared. Sharing is suspended if a member leaves the domain and reactivated if they return.
