Reports
The web interface offers advanced features for generating and editing reports.
Report Generation
- Go to “Reports” in the menu
- Click “New Report”
- Select the report type
- Select the plots/areas to include
- Choose the period
- Choose the format (grouped or separate)
- Click “Generate Report”
- The report is generated and displayed in the editor
Report Editor
The report editor allows you to completely customize your reports before export.
PDF and Word export
- Once the report has been edited, click “Export”
- Choose the format:
- PDF: Professional format, ready to print
- Word: Editable format (.docx)
- The file is downloaded automatically
Drag and drop photos New
You can now insert photos directly into your reports using drag & drop:
- Open a report in the editor
- Go to the "Photos" tab available in the report side panel
- Simply drag and drop the desired photos into the body of the report
- Photos are automatically inserted into the chosen location
Tip The "Photos" tab displays all photos associated with observations included in the report. It's the quickest way to illustrate your reports.
Overall reports by date New
The generation of global reports has been redesigned with sorting by date in the application, for better chronological readability of your observations. The multi-plot phytosanitary table has also been corrected for a more reliable rendering.
Free dictations in reports New
A new tab "Free Dictation" is available in the Reports section. Your free dictations recorded from the mobile application are automatically available there and can be inserted into your reports.
Saved AI Prompts
In the editor, the AI assistant which reformulates and enriches your reports now keeps track of your instructions:
- Recording prompts: save your recurring instructions (tone, structure, in-house formulations) to reuse them in one click
- Recent history: find your latest prompts directly in the editor, without re-entering them
