Synchronization issues

Symptom: Data does not sync between mobile and web.

Solutions:

  1. Check your internet connection
  2. Tap “Sync Now” in the mobile app
  3. Refresh the web page (F5)
  4. Log out and log back in
  5. If the problem persists, contact support

Failing voice recordings

Symptom: Voice recording does not work or transcription fails.

Solutions:

  1. Verify that you have authorized access to the microphone
  2. Check your internet connection (for transcription)
  3. Speak more clearly and distinctly
  4. Reduce background noise
  5. Check that you haven't reached your voice recording quota
  6. In offline mode, the recording will be processed when it comes back online

Photos not showing

Symptom: Photos do not display or display slowly.

Solutions:

  1. Check your internet connection
  2. Wait for photo syncing to complete
  3. Refresh the page (F5 on web, pull down on mobile)
  4. Check your device's storage space
  5. If the problem persists, contact support
