Common Problems
Synchronization issues
Symptom: Data does not sync between mobile and web.
Solutions:
- Check your internet connection
- Tap “Sync Now” in the mobile app
- Refresh the web page (F5)
- Log out and log back in
- If the problem persists, contact support
Failing voice recordings
Symptom: Voice recording does not work or transcription fails.
Solutions:
- Verify that you have authorized access to the microphone
- Check your internet connection (for transcription)
- Speak more clearly and distinctly
- Reduce background noise
- Check that you haven't reached your voice recording quota
- In offline mode, the recording will be processed when it comes back online
Photos not showing
Symptom: Photos do not display or display slowly.
Solutions:
- Check your internet connection
- Wait for photo syncing to complete
- Refresh the page (F5 on web, pull down on mobile)
- Check your device's storage space
- If the problem persists, contact support
